Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, experience letters, and internal policies.
- Help organize internal training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to attendance, leaves, and employee communication.
- Assist in compiling reports on HR metrics
