Role
Responsibilities
- Project kick off with stakeholders
- Data gathering and GAP analysis
- Critical thinking and finding solutions to close gaps
- Convincing and providing purpose to get buy in from main stakeholders in the project
- Testing new setup and solving issues that come up during testing - providing innovative ideas to problems
- Guiding the country stakeholders through the release/go live of the new process/tool
- Closing the hypercare succesfully and realizing the expected benefits
