Responsibilities
- Support HR Talent Rewards Activities
- Prepare and consolidate reports: headcount, HR Indicators, MBO
- Projects to optimize HR processes across the region
- Revise procedures and policies in every Branch
- Prepare presentations to internal audiences
- Support in all LATAM deliverables
- Support payroll activities in synergy with finance and local HR Team
