Role

Responsibilities

- Develop sales planning based on the product design OR propose an improvement plan for the company's sales process, by defining KPIs, deadlines, planning results and ROI;

- Create sales strategies, using best practices from the market and competitors;

- Develop/evolve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in a strategic way to measure the achievement of goals;

- Prospect and manage the customer portfolio;

- Implement the sales process, through a clear execution routine;

- Analyze the conversion rate within each sales process, with clear goals and projections for improving efficiency;

- "Propose an improvement plan for the implemented sales process, based on the main bottlenecks, with the goal of increasing the conversion of leads to customers and new markets."
