About Mineful Lab
Mineful Lab aims to support, guide, and teach leaders towards their most conscious behavior through leadership, management, power skills, and emotional intelligence training. We help companies design their own training programs based on expected behavioural, emotional and mindset changes.
Role
Responsibilities
- Project & Launch Coordination: Help map out and manage timelines for website, email, and program launches. Keep track of deadlines (using tools like Asana, Trello).
- Tech & Automation Support:Assist in building the website (Wix). Set up opt-in pages, email sequences, and basic automations.
- Social Media Management:Support content scheduling (Instagram, LinkedIn). Create simple graphics (using Canva). Repurpose content from workshops, emails, or posts.
- Administrative & Client Support:Help manage client onboarding and scheduling. Assist in organizing retreats or live workshops (virtual and physical). Keep systems organized and flowing.
