Role

Responsibilities
  • Build up a good level of understanding of DHL and its main Order to Cash (OTC) teams, processes and systems;
  • Analyze improvement opportunities. What needs to be done, how, who do you need to collaborate with, etc;
  • Create and execute plan with milestones, timelines and owners of the various actions;
  • Ensure your stakeholders are informed of your progress in a structural manner;
  • Support team with identifying further opportunities and put these on next year's improvement  roadmap.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • STEP 1

    Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
