Role

Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Governance & Compliance
  2. Define and enforce cloud policies covering security, access management, resource provisioning, and usage controls.
  3. Implement automated policy enforcement using Azure Policy & AWS Organizations.
  4. ITSM Process Control
  5. Manage full IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle, ensuring cloud platform and cloud operation teams align with enterprise IT processes.
  6. Lead integration effort with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira) for efficient incident and change management.
  7. Help define SLAs and KPI reporting for each area to track efficiencies
  8. Agile Delivery & Cross functional collaboration
  9. Foster agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to enhance transparency and rapid decision-making.
  10. Ensure iterative delivery with short sprint cycles for cloud service enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational improvements.
  11. Enable collaboration across Cloud CCOE, Security, IT Process team, and peer teams to align on priorities and improve service delivery.
