Provide clients with well-calculated, competitive price offers based on their specific requirements.
Analyze client websites to assess their digital marketing needs and suggest appropriate improvements.
Follow up with clients consistently to nurture leads and close deals efficiently.
Negotiate contract terms, ensuring that clients fully understand the agreement before signing.
Handle the entire contract process, ensuring compliance with company policies and client satisfaction.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, proposals, contracts, and feedback.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requests and successful service
delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to maximize both customer satisfaction and
company profitability.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to provide the best possible guidance to clients
