Role

Responsibilities
  • ·        Provide accurate and detailed information about school programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
  • ·        Counsel prospective students and their families about educational pathways, school policies, and admission procedures.
  • ·        Assist in reviewing student applications, including transcripts, test scores, and supporting documents.
  • ·        Assist in processing student applications, ensuring that all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
  • ·        Help in organizing and managing the admission system, ensuring a smooth flow of applications from initial inquiry to final decision.
  • ·        Participate in school fairs, outreach programs, webinars, and other recruitment activities.
  • ·        Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop materials that attract prospective students.
  • ·        Maintain relationships with educational consultants, high schools, and other stakeholders to increase enrollment.
  • ·        Contact prospective students to follow up on their application status, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • ·        Maintain regular communication with applicants via phone, email, and in-person meetings to keep them informed throughout the admissions process.
  • ·        Coordinate and assist with the organization of admission-related events such as open houses, campus tours, information sessions, and orientation programs.
  • ·        Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admission decisions.
  • ·        Generate reports on admissions statistics, trends, and key performance metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
  •         Work closely with the academic departments and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training to improve knowledge of the admissions process and recruitment strategies.
