Role

Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Banking Operations Utilizing data analysis to optimize banking processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Market Research & Campaign Development Conducting customer analysis, identifying trends, and designing marketing campaigns for banking products.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Using data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Data Manipulation & Cleaning Handling large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and preparing information for analysis.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting Presenting banking and marketing data insights using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
