Role

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Plan and create diverse, high-quality menus that cater to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the hotel's standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant manager to ensure timely food service.
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen schedules, workload distribution, and staff performance.
  • Handle guest feedback related to food and implement improvements where necessary.
