Responsibilities
Follow on call center scripts on handling different topics.
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers' needs and clarify information and providing solutions.
Keep records of all conversations in company's call center database.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
