About SPREED
Spreed is a dynamic and fast-growing tech-media company based in Dubai, specializing in
producing viral podcast content for creators and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to empower
voices and help podcasts go viral through cutting-edge content creation and studio production.
As a Studio Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the action—managing our podcast studio, handling
professional camera and lighting setups, and contributing to top-tier content creation. Exchange
participants will gain hands-on experience in a high-energy environment, expand their creative
and technical skills, and work with a passionate team that’s redefining media in the UAE.
Role
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Set up and manage studio equipment (cameras, lights, microphones) Operate cameras and adjust lighting during recordings Troubleshoot technical issues in real time Maintain the studios equipment and workspace Support post-production with basic video editing (optional but a plus) Ensure high-quality audio and video output Collaborate with podcast hosts and guests to create an engaging environment

Monday to Saturday
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
