Are you a talented and dynamic Customer Support Specialist with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Mega Fortuna.
Role
Responsibilities
· Tracking and solving issues via email and chat.
· Evaluate user requests and communicate them to relevant teams.
· Review and respond to App Store and Google Play Store reviews.
· Manage content in applications.
· Provide feedback to design and development teams for improving user experience.
· Collect user requests, prepare reports and conduct surveys.
Assist in debugging identified errors based on user feedback in applications, document and communicate recurring errors to relevant teams.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
