Role

Responsibilities
Main Activities 1- AIESEC Program management
  • Recruitment, Relocation and Onboarding: Coordinate with managers, local HR, and AIESEC to support and align these processes and fulfill company needs.
  • Integration: Incorporate AIESEC processes into the Early Talent Development vision, including retention strategies.
  • Partnership Promotion: Enhance and expand the AIESEC partnership inside Eaton.
  • Employer Branding: Develop strategies and activities to strengthen Eaton's brand within the AIESEC community.

Main Activities 2 - Assistance in the coordination of learning programs

  • LMS management: Set up and maintain programs, enroll participants, post courses, and assign instructors.
  • Customer service: Respond to participant and employee inquiries about scheduling, participation, cancellations, online courses, and library questions.
  • Support talent development: Assist with talent development projects and programs, including conferences and trainings.
  • Track and report: Monitor and report on EMEA program operations, including program effectiveness and utilization.
