Role

Responsibilities

As the Duty Billing Data Analyst your main focus is on end-to-end duty billing data applications and processes. It is your responsibility to ensure duty billing data is turned into information and insights which can be used to make business decisions. The role will also support the Process team in managing & designing duty billing processes and manage any projects.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Power BI Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Power BI and its capabilities to design and develop visually engaging and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Continuously explore new features and functionalities to enhance the quality of analytics outputs.
  • Multicultural Support: Work seamlessly with a diverse and multicultural team across different geographical locations. Adapt communication and collaboration strategies to effectively engage team members
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions that address their specific needs. Translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
  • Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analyses and reports. Implement best practices for data governance and maintain high standards for data quality.
