Role

Responsibilities

4MAIN Activities :

  • Support and manage the scientific information workflow for the neurosciences partnering team of the Neurosciences therapeutic area
  • Perform high quality recording and tracking of the scientific evaluation of possible partnering opportunities in appropriate software,
  • Facilitate the interactions with external partners (coordinate meetings and information exchanges) such as pharmaceutical companies and Universities,
  • Assist with Ad Hoc projects (JPM, BioUS, BioJapan, BioEurope conferences organization,Powerpoint presentations, etc).

PROFILE Desired :

1. You have a good understanding of pharmaceutical scientific research processes.

2. You are well organized, with extensive computer systems skills.

3. You have at least some experience in scientific information management.

4. You are a self-starter, team-player, proactive, analytical and results oriented.

5. You have good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

6. You are able to establish and optimize trusted relationships with external partners.

7. You have a strong attention to details

8. You have a tenacious drive to achieve goals, balanced with the flexibility to work in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous situations

9. You have excellent time management and organizational skills and you are able to set your own priorities according to demands
