Responsibilities

*JOB DESCRIPTION*:

  • Culinary Support: Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, following established recipes and standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Participate in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to support menu development, special events, and seasonal offerings.
  • Learning & Development: Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

*REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn from experienced chefs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work in more than one venue and travel within the city to multi-locations.
