• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and promote our plant-based offerings.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), with design team on crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives interaction.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Partnership Outreach: Reach out to corporate partners and key target groups, to establish partnerships and promote membership opportunities that align with our brand values.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

*REQUIREMENTS*:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Passion for plant-based food and sustainability is a plus.
