Responsibilities
*REQUIREMENTS*:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
*JOB DESCRIPTION*:
- Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the guest experience by implementing best practices in service quality and customer engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to optimize operational efficiency, facilitate communication, and foster positive work culture.
- Training & Development: Support the onboarding and training of new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Participate in budgeting processes, monitor operational costs and prepare reports on performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
