Role

Responsibilities
  • Enhance and optimize existing online communication channels related to Group Digitalization. This involves analyzing content, creating and editing articles, designing graphics, and managing media, with focus on producing and publishing engaging content about digitalization, AI, and technology, aimed at a non-technical audience. Proficiency in content creation, editing, communication, graphic design, and media management is essential.
  • Assist with project management tasks for general administrative processes, including data collection, processing, and cleaning to create reports. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
  • Support internal and/or external event planning. Project management skills are required.
  • Monitor and research digitalization trends such as GenAI, Digital Twins, Quantum Computing, etc., and summarize findings.
  • Plan and prepare materials for decision-making bodies such as the IT Board, Supervisory Board, and Investors meetings. Coordination and attention to detail are essential.
