Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort part of Marriott International is a luxurious resort designed to help escape the mundane. The hotel offers exquisitely designed sea facing rooms and suites, right in the front of Kosgoda Beach in Sri Lanka opened to its customers from 27th February 2020.

- Guest handling
- Taking effective promotions towards the guests
- Identifying the requirements of the guests and communicating with the hotel
- Introducing new activities
