Role

Responsibilities

- Connect with healthcare professionals to recommend suitable Continued Medical Education

(CME) courses.

- Understand career goals and provide tailored program advice.

- Handle inquiries and manage leads via calls, emails, and meetings.

- Maintain lead records and counseling sessions in the CRM.

- Guide enrolment processes, including registration and fee payments.

- Achieve enrolment targets and collaborate with the sales team.

- Address concerns during courses and ensure positive engagement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor programs.

- Collect feedback to improve counseling and offerings.

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in any field.

- Experience: 0-3 years in sales, counseling, or customer engagement.

- Strong communication and CRM skills.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 am - 4:30 pm
