Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching, developing, and implementing strategies to improve employee performance, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the different teams to gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions.
- Analyse engagement data and help develop reports that identify trends and insights to guide decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in creating training and development programs aimed at upskilling employees and aligning them with performance goals for internal and external customers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in executing different member engagement activities
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies through ongoing assessments and suggest improvements.
