Responsibilities
We aim to provide our colleagues world-wide with offers that drive our leadership culture and boost employee engagement. Specifically, we offer a variety of learning formats e.g. trainings, eLearnings, apps and foster best-practice sharing and network across the group.. You will be a good fit, if you would like to expand your professional experience in the field of organizational development, change management and learning.
- Support development of content and design of digital solutions and learning formats
- Support organizing workshops and facilitating meetings with relevant groups (e.g. with Facilitators, Implementation Managers and Senior Management)
- Support alignment processes with our internal IT provider (data quality, requirements of solutions, implementation etc.)
- Support delivery of translations from internal service provider (provision of material, track timeline, provision of feedback)
- Support development and execution specific marketing and communication activities (Work on social media strategy and facilitator engagement, manage virtual community of facilitators and partners)
- Support on maintaining content and layout of existing platforms for communication/learning material
- Support evaluation process, data analysis and reporting

- 1Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
