Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Ensure world-class delivery of ADEPT career development workshops and a positive customer experience
  • Efficiently manage the end-to-end ADEPT career development workshop concept and bring an innovative perspective
  • Provide detailed support for the Key Vacancy Process (KVP), prepare KVP bulletins, build creative career stories, update distribution lists, and identify key vacancies across DHL Group.
  • Provide accurate talent management data analysis and summary highlights, talent pool analysis, and talent management KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Support attractive development opportunities, such as mentoring and talent programs.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of existing processes with ease and engagement.

    Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
