Responsibilities
You will be involved in various aspects of the program, working closely with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Support the preparation, organization and execution of tasks necessary for the successful implementation of the program.
- Prepare and draft communication for all stakeholders, both internal and external in both English and Spanish.
- Organize and structure information in MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in tracking the progress of SMEs and students throughout the program.
- Prepare and follow-up on meetings with internal and external stakeholder.
- Support in resolving any challenges participants may face during the program, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

- 1Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
