Monday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

 Create reports, trends and analyze data from CRM, SAP and other systems that allow measuring the services provided and the actions taken. The reports will cover the delivery of medical supplies and business performance. Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders on defined dates, especially reports delivered to physicians.

 SAP loading of shipments (kit, medical devices, accessories and information materials) into the current system according to the internal processes of each service. Monitoring of the service and/or claims with the provider. Responsible for coordination with logistics operators.

 Responsible for controlling payments to suppliers.

 Address the general needs of the PSP.

 Participation in the implementation of projects.

 Keep information updated in the current system (Database)

 Inventory and stock management.

 Guarantee control and alignment of the PSP forecast along with supply stocks.

 Comply with the processes in charge, assigned as direct responsible or backup, linked to the control or reporting of information intended for areas such as QA, Pharmacovigilance, legal and compliance.

Control compliance with the PSP budget along with monitoring purchases of materials and supplies until their final delivery.
