Role

Responsibilities

The intern will focus on enhancing how data-driven insights, such as dashboards, are communicated to users, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding, without requiring detailed data analysis or interpretation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about marketing, internal communications, and simplifying complex information to improve user engagement. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus, particularly in optimizing internal platforms and creating user-centric content layouts, but it is not required.

  • Newsletter Creation and Distribution: design, create, and manage engaging newsletters using SharePoint News, ensuring alignment with DPM and DHL internal branding guidelines. Plan and manage the communication strategy to effectively deliver updates that resonate with the audience.
  • Internal Social Network (Viva Engage) Setup and Management: configure and manage Viva Engage, a social networking platform from Microsoft, to enhance internal communication and user engagement. This involves optimizing the platform, managing content, and interacting with users to foster collaboration.
  • Content and Platform Management: a) Update manuals for new releases and ensure content across SharePoint, internal social Network (Viva Engage), and other communication channels is accurate and current. b) Manage and structure the internal SharePoint site to enhance navigation, ensure easy access to information, and improve user experience.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development: develop clear, comprehensive SOPs for tasks like newsletters, surveys, content updates, and video production, ensuring accessibility and consistency for team members.
  • Onboarding and Training Support: create professional-quality onboarding materials and visually engaging training videos using tools like Camtasia and Clipchamp, utilizing content provided by the team. Incorporate text-to-speech (TTS) tools to eliminate the need for voiceovers and publish the materials on internal platforms to effectively support new users.
  • Annual Survey Coordination: Assist in the creation and management of the annual survey, including running campaigns to drive user participation.
  • Global Training and Best Practice Calls: a) Coordinate and provide support for global "Best Practice" calls, held three times a year. b) Assist in content preparation and help coordinate with invited speakers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for sharing best practices.
