Responsibilities
This role requires high attention to detail and an international outlook. As a CIS Reporting and Project Management Coordinator, you will manage user access, handle queries, and coordinate incident resolutions. You will create training materials, manage communication channels, and support global teams. Additionally, you will implement project management tools, maintain documentation, ensure quality and process improvements, manage risks, provide training, support communication, and coordinate events. You will also have the opportunity to work on VR and emerging technology projects.
- Manage User Access and Queries: Oversee user access, on boarding, and off boarding while handling queries from various levels within the organization.
- Coordinate Incident Resolutions: Efficiently coordinate the resolution of incident tickets to ensure smooth operations
- Develop Training Materials: Create engaging training materials to support new functionalities and help users maximize platform benefits.
- Implement Project Management Tools: Drive the implementation of project management tools and maintain accurate project documentation
- Enhance Quality and Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support Global Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring everyone is informed about project statuses and milestones.
- Innovate with Emerging Technologies: Work on exciting VR and emerging technology projects, supporting new users and exploring innovative solutions.
