Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to contribute developing sharepoints, providing data analysis and contributing to digitalization projects and year-end processes.
- Support and interact primarily with C&B colleagues, focus on addressing immediate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks / interactions / issues to set standards and instructions reviews)
- Check recurring issues and trends related to our C&B programs and address the same as per guidelines.Support digitalization improvements to our share point websites, Excel, Power Query and Power BI Dashboards.
- Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.
- Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing HR reports.
- Work on key C&B concepts, processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies.
- Check recurring issues and trends related to our HR Compensation & Benefits year-end process.

- 1Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
