Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Create first sample report (PPAP), collect required information,

upload to customer portal and obtain customer approval.

  • Respond to customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (8D's, 5 why's, Ishikawa, FTA), monitor corrective actions and assess effectiveness, with evidence upload to customer portal.
  • Handle internal and external quality complaints, coordinate external selections with sorting companies and guide complaints to suppliers with standard 8D form.
  • Create visual aids, failure catalogs, work instructions, quality criteria, control plan and PB sheet (release record) for SOP.
  • Communicate quality changes, customer and quality approvals to

involved departments and upload and maintain quality documents in SAP.

  • Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, control plans, and

measuring instruments (digital meter, micrometer, altimeter, optical

comparator, vision equipment), as well as ASME and DIN measurement standards.

  • Review statistical data (SPC) for process and product control, analyze defects and internal complaints with Pareto diagrams and define criteria for acceptance or rejection of internal errors.
  • Lead corrective actions for internal malfunctions (production board), monitor

malfunction reports from inspection lines and supervise improvement activities.

  • Maintain quality-oriented customer contacts, follow-up of quarantined

material, and coach and train (Quality) Operators.

  • Participate in projects, manage quality thinking within project structures, ensure transition to serial production and participate in the transition to a Bizzmine quality system.
  • Communication with personnel, customers and suppliers and knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 standards and maintenance of quality systems.
