-Create schedules and assign daily tasks to staff, organizing who is responsible for customer service, restocking, and cleaning.
-Supervise that the team follows the assigned tasks to maintain order and product availability.
-Adjust shifts or tasks when necessary, especially on days of high demand or when there are changes in the team.
Activity 2: Profitability Control
-Review purchase and sale prices to ensure an adequate profit margin on each product.
-Control monthly expenses, identifying savings opportunities without compromising product or service quality.
-Generate simple reports with the most and least profitable products, to guide purchasing decisions.
Activity 3: Routine Creation
-Define daily and weekly routines, such as restocking products, cleaning display areas, and checking expiration dates.
-Create a checklist of daily tasks to ensure that all necessary processes are carried out without omissions.
-Train the team in following these routines to maintain quality service.
Activity 4: Stock and Supplier Management
-Monitor the stock of essential products and place orders with suppliers based on demand.
-Negotiate with suppliers to obtain good prices and payment conditions.
-Ensure that the inventory is always up to date and reduce losses due to expiration or stock shortages.
Activity 5: Customer Service and Satisfaction
-Ensure that the team maintains good customer service and resolves queries about the products.
-Listen to suggestions or complaints from customers to improve the offer of products and services.
-Create promotions or discounts to retain regular customers and increase sales.
Activity 6: Operations Optimization
-Implement simple tools or processes (such as Excel records or basic sales software) that facilitate daily management and sales tracking.
-Identify areas for improvement in customer service, store organization, or warehouse logistics.
-Support the creation of marketing strategies to attract more customers, such as promotions or social media campaigns.
Activity 7: Event Management
-Plan and coordinate events.
-Organize event logistics, including space, materials, and promotion through social media or flyers.
-Collaborate with suppliers and brands to get them to participate in events and provide products for tasting or raffles.
-Evaluate the success of each event through customer participation and its impact on sales, proposing improvements for future editions.
