Role

Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, ensuring effective and scalable visualizations.

Data Management and Analysis: Structure, process, and analyze data to generate reports and monitor success metrics.

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Map business rules, contribute to the definition of KPIs and indicators, and propose tailored solutions.

Documentation: Record technical processes (business rules, dashboards, and reports) to ensure project tracking and continuity.

User Enablement: Train end-users to effectively use reports and dashboards.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in operations.

Multidisciplinary Support: Assist internal teams with performance analysis and data extraction.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience with Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.

Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of Power Automate for automation (preferred).

Languages: Local language is Portuguese, but it is important that the person knows English or Spanish to communicate with the team
