About KOMOT
Komot is an IT company nearing the completion of a multi-year project to develop a business platform designed to support all business processes.
The platform, presented as an editor with a wide range of functionalities, enables the creation of custom company web and mobile applications for tracking all business activities on a daily basis in real-time. It features tools for archiving, generating documents in the desired format, presenting the company, networking with business partners and industry professionals, as well as internal and external communication through built-in messaging services.
Role
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Create and implement engaging content strategies for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and in-app notifications.
- Collaborate with the team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain the apps online presence, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Research and recommend marketing trends and best practices to enhance the apps visibility.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for app users, providing professional and timely responses to inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Offer personalized guidance to users to help them maximize the app's functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of user feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
