Singform Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a major professional manufacturer of car floor mats and commercial floor mats (OEM/ODM) in the world.
Since its establishment in 1987, it has served global customers for 30 years. Our rubber floor mat factory has an experienced R&D technical team and a high-efficiency management department. Our products not only meet the needs of customers, but also can be closer to everyone's living environment, and bring consumers a convenient and comfortable use environment.
Singform Taiwan Factory is the headquarters of the company. It mainly produces rubber granules, car mats, anti-skid floor mats, waterproof membranes and other related products. Customers receive products that represent Singform's high quality.
Role
Responsibilities
(Mandarin at conversational level is required!!!)
- Planning International Exhibitions and Client Visits: Assist with the companys participation in 5-6 international exhibitions annually, including AAPEX in Las Vegas and Automechanika in Frankfurt. Responsibilities include registration, booth planning, on-site engagement, and client follow-ups.
- Client Engagement and Order Management: Work with senior sales to approach clients, prepare quotes, manage orders, track product progress, and provide after-sales service.
- Social Media Management: Assist with managing LinkedIn, blogs, Threads, and Instagram, including drafting product content and uploading new product introductions.
- North American Business Development Support: Weekly project tracking with the business manager for North American operations.
- New International Business Development: Identify potential clients through exhibitions, LinkedIn, and existing client lists. Draft new product development emails and promote products to expand business opportunities.
