Role

Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  3. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, managing absenteeism, and supporting employee development and performance management.
  4. Safety and Hygiene Management ART Personal Accidents
  5. Compensation and Benefits Analysis
  6. Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Training: Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
