Role

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication: Act as the primary communication point for international clients, conducting discussions in the client's native language.

2. Translation and Interpretation: Translate client requirements, feedback, and documents from the clients native language to English for the Indian team.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear and structured documentation of all translated materials, client communications, and meeting notes.

4. Liaison and Relationship Building: Coordinate with the project management team to keep them updated on any potential communication issues, misunderstandings, or needs for clarification.

5. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement: Identify any recurring language or communication issues, propose solutions, and work with the project management team to implement improvements.
