Role

Responsibilities

1. Conduct User Research : Perform unbiased research to understand the needs, desires, and behaviors of diverse user groups.

Use qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and more. (Perform SUS (System Usability Scale) evaluations and shadow user interviews, generating reports with proposed action plans for improvement.)

2. Generate User Insights : Analyze research findings to uncover insights that can inform and improve product design and development processes.

Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios based on research.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & design thinking workshops : Work closely with designers, product managers, developers and other stakeholders to

ensure research findings are aligned with project goals.

Participate in workshops, ideation sessions, and design critiques to provide research-based input.

4. Synthesize and communicate Research results with stakeholders : Summarize research findings in clear, actionable reports.

5. UX design & prototyping : Assist in the design and creation of prototyping, wireframe in Figma

6. Support Marketing and Internal Teams : Contribute to marketing sessions by explaining the 'UX  la carte' service offering to internal teams and stakeholders.

7. Support Continuous Improvement : Track and report on usability improvements and outcomes based on research
