Working hours
• Plan, execute, and oversee the end-to-end management of events and exhibitions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for each event.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to build and set up exhibition
booths and event spaces.
• Manage event logistics, including venue bookings, AV setups, equipment rental, and
more.
• Oversee the installation and dismantling of exhibition stands and event infrastructure.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure all requirements are met.
• Manage event teams, including staff, volunteers, and third-party contractors.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and create reports for stakeholders.
