1. Build relationship with international customers through
devising effective communication strategies to understand the
guests' background and their services preferences.
2. Answer customers' enquiries, understand possible needs of
customers and actaccordingly in a professional and polite

cultural backgrounds and hence taste difference.
4. Promote customer loyalty and build uphotel's reputation
through providingquality services.
