Role
1. Build relationship with international customers through
devising effective communication strategies to understand the
guests' background and their services preferences.
2. Answer customers' enquiries, understand possible needs of
customers and actaccordingly in a professional and polite
3. Promotehotel to international customers by catering to their
cultural backgrounds and hence taste difference.
4. Promote customer loyalty and build uphotel's reputation
through providingquality services.
5 Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzingcustomer feedback,
and to devise appropriate methods to enhance service
performance and customers' satisfaction level.
6. Provide assistance to colleagueswhen necessary to work as a
team, without compromising services provided to customers.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Process
STEP 1
AIESEC in HKU will conduct first round sourcing of CVs collected,STEP 2
Park Hotel will then conduct interview with applicants.
