Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Contribute to the global efficiency of the warehouse and/or Adaptation center.
- Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools and systems.
- Lead complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
- Safety and ergonomics.
- Quality & Customer satisfaction.
- Efficiency & Service Level.
- Cost reduction.
- Manage big projects related to Maintenance, Automation, Digitalization & Data analytics.
- Maintain our equipment programs (Conveyors, Cameras, Weighting scales etc.) to the right level of performance.
- This role has three major focuses: Automation, Maintenance & Data analytics.
- As Smart Facility Engineer, Deploy Manage Sustain and Enhance Smart Factory Applications Like.:
- LDS (Lean Digitization System
- DISS (Digital Idea SIM Systems)
- IIOT (Industrial internet of things)
- AI Vision
- Optimize our Macros and automatize the needed processes to improve our office efficiency.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Fluency in English.
- IT, programming knowledge
- PMS & PLC knowledge
- Advanced level on Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D.
- Studies in logistic, manufacturing, industrial, quality, or supply chain.
- Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
- Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process design.
- Experience in implementation of SMART technologies (Cobot, AGV, etc.)
