Working hours

- Control documentation supplied by the business departments, for completeness, adequacy, and accuracy.
- Investigate and analyse results of screening for Negative News, Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons relating to customers.
- Draft required forms to document any exceptions to the procedure or to explain specific situations.
- Liaise with Front Office Departments and within the team when discrepancies in documentation are identified and provide appropriate feedback.
- Ensure relevant systems are updated when new customer records have been processed.
- Escalate any issues arising from the KYC process to the team leader in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for Front Office departments providing help, guidance, and advice on KYC matters.
- Develop project management skills to support and lead process improvement initiatives, including identifying and completing deliverables.
- Provide feedback and input to relevant team members to ensure desktop procedures are kept up to date.
