Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Keep in mind, that your working hours will be for 8h between 8:00 and 01:00 depending on the project. The finalised experience dates and working hours will be aligned with the company.
