Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

- Support administration of the sales compensation and incentive plan.

- Identify and escalate any deviations from the plan, targets, or data issues.

- Own the process of providing monthly incentive calculations for approval.

- Manage the sales data repository and provide assessments and recommendations for platform enhancements.

- Develop processes to support data updates, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

- Maintain and update reporting tools within Microsoft Power BI.

- Collaborate and interface with sales representatives on adjustment requests and other inquiries.

- Support analysis for monthly reporting, in-year forecasting, and prior year comparisons.

- Maintain and enhance reporting tools across various systems (Excel PowerQuery, Excel VBA, SalesForce, PowerBI, TM1, SUN6).

- Run ad hoc reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
