Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

Main activities:

  • Being the main point of connection between Schneider Electric and AIESEC International
  • Coordinate internships while acting as the main link between Schneider Electric and AIESEC in diverse countries.
  • Selection and Recruitment processes and competency-based interviews.
  • Positioning Schneider Electric with the global AIESEC Network for brand awareness
  • Managing the expansion of Schneider Electric to other geographies
  • Guarantee satisfactory representation of Schneider Electric inInternational, Regional and National
  • Facilitate the operational plan and achievement of targets with the Country Coordinator
  • Managing communication with embassies and universities
  • Create content for Digital Marketing attraction in partnership with AIESEC and Schneider Electric
  • Data analysis, planning, support and preparation of reports and presentations of Action Plans on Work Environment and Internal Communication.
  • Support the Talent Acquisitions teams on local recruitments
