Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Main activities:
- Being the main point of connection between Schneider Electric and AIESEC International
- Coordinate internships while acting as the main link between Schneider Electric and AIESEC in diverse countries.
- Selection and Recruitment processes and competency-based interviews.
- Positioning Schneider Electric with the global AIESEC Network for brand awareness
- Managing the expansion of Schneider Electric to other geographies
- Guarantee satisfactory representation of Schneider Electric inInternational, Regional and National
- Facilitate the operational plan and achievement of targets with the Country Coordinator
- Managing communication with embassies and universities
- Create content for Digital Marketing attraction in partnership with AIESEC and Schneider Electric
- Data analysis, planning, support and preparation of reports and presentations of Action Plans on Work Environment and Internal Communication.
- Support the Talent Acquisitions teams on local recruitments
