Responsibilities

 While those typically have business related objectives (e.g. increase efficiency, transparency, standardization...) they are always digital transformation projects with strong focus on technical/data processes. In this context we are looking for an intern who is interested in supporting different projects/programs in activities around process analysis & design including respective data flows of digital processes as well as UX optimization and support on respectively relevant documentation/concepts. Depending on maturity of the intern certain activities/workstreams can subsequently move in to full responsibility. Please find examples of relevant topics to be supported/taken over below.  In case this is a fit there might an opportunity to join the team after the internship.

  • Understand and document business processes, available tools, roles & responsibilities and relevant data making use of available documentation, access to given tools as well as interviews with respective experts.
  • Review business processes to identify improvement areas and develop optimized to-be processes as/if required in close collabpration with respective experts.
  • Support connecting the dots between different processes e.g. across functions e.g. via identification of handover process steps and relevant data to be handed over.
  • Review processes/solutions from a user perspective and derive optimization potential to improve the user experience (UX)
  • Support the collaboration within the team, across functions for relevant process connections as well as between functional business colleagues and technical colleagues.
  • Support the team on continuous improvement, knowledge exchange & ways of working as/if required
