Role
Responsibilities
As an intern, you'll assist in the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions, support IT projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your technical skills, learn about logistics and supply chain operations, and contribute to innovative IT solutions that drive business success.
- Manages the incoming request flow being addressed to the team
- Prioritizes work for their colleagues
- Follows up on requests / chase for resolution
- Reports on weekly basis on ongoing team workload
- Seeks input from colleagues on how to best manage requests
- Help support, enforce, and improve the EU IT processes
