Role

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contacting guests to check on their well-being and offer assistance during their stay.
  • Providing guests with information on services such as sightseeing tours, mailing, international newspaper and magazine purchases, room and dining reservations, car rentals, concert and sports event tickets, and flight bookings.
  • Advising guests on hotel events, special programs, and current promotions.
  • Receiving and addressing guest complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Assisting guests in resolving issues related to lost luggage and personal documents.
  • Collecting guest feedback to recommend service adjustments.
  • Supporting receptionists with check-in and check-out procedures during peak hours, prioritizing group and VIP guests.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Monday to Saturday

6:00 am - 3:00 pm
