We provide various educational services to students for study in Melbourne, Sydney and major other destinations in Australia.
Role
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, and inbound inquiries). Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation: Understand the features, benefits, and applications of the company's products or services. Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting how they meet their needs.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and service.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, revenue, and profit margins). Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
